To use zh777 you must register an account. Registration requires a valid Pakistani mobile phone number, a working email address, your full name as it appears on your national identity card, your date of birth, and a password of your choosing. All information provided at registration must be accurate and current.

zh777 permits exactly one account per player. One account per mobile number, per email address, per device, and per household address. Players who discover they have accidentally created a duplicate account must contact support immediately. Intentional multi-accounting for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses or any other fraudulent reason will result in all accounts being permanently closed and all balances forfeited without appeal.

Age verification is required before any withdrawal is processed from a zh777 account. Deposits made using payment methods not registered in the player's own name may be rejected and returned. zh777 does not accept deposits from third parties on behalf of another player. Any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from the account holder may be held pending identity verification.

Withdrawals from zh777 are processed exclusively in PKR to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This same-method policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect players from having their funds misdirected. Withdrawal requests to a different method require additional identity verification.

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500
• Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals: typically under 5 minutes
• Bank IBFT withdrawals: typically 15–60 minutes on business days

Before any withdrawal is processed, identity verification must be completed. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld if a player's account is under review for suspicious activity, if a bonus wagering requirement has not been completed, or if identity verification documents have not been provided. zh777 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, PSL-specific promotions, and VIP Club benefits to eligible players. All bonuses are governed by these general terms in addition to any specific terms stated when the bonus is offered. In case of conflict, the specific bonus terms apply.

The following general rules apply to all zh777 bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• All bonuses carry a minimum wagering requirement. The specific multiplier (e.g. 20x, 30x) is stated in the bonus offer.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Once a bet is confirmed on zh777, the stake and odds are fixed regardless of any subsequent price movements.
• Minimum single bet: Rs 50. Minimum accumulator stake: Rs 100.
• zh777 reserves the right to limit stakes on specific markets at its discretion, including on accounts that show patterns of consistently winning at high stakes.
• Bets placed on markets where the outcome is already known at the time of placement — whether through information advantage or system error — will be voided and stakes returned.
• If a match is abandoned without a result, zh777 follows standard cricket betting settlement rules: if the minimum qualifying overs have been bowled and a DLS result applies, bets are settled accordingly. If no qualifying result exists, all bets are voided and stakes returned.
• In-play bets are subject to a brief acceptance delay to prevent exploitation of data feed latency. zh777's in-play delay is under 3 seconds for cricket markets.
• Accumulator bets in which one leg is voided are re-calculated as an accumulator across the remaining legs.

zh777's casino offering — including Aviator Game, Andar Bahar, card games, and live table games — is governed by the following rules in addition to any game-specific rules displayed within each game:

• All casino games at zh777 use certified random number generation. RTP figures for each game are published within the game's information panel.
• The Aviator Game at zh777 uses a provably fair algorithm. Players can verify any round outcome using the seed values displayed in the game's history panel.
• zh777 is not responsible for interrupted gameplay caused by loss of your internet connection. If a bet was placed before disconnection and the round completed, the result stands as recorded on zh777 servers, which are the authoritative record in all disputes.
• Malfunctions void all pays and play. In the rare event of a game error, zh777 will investigate using server-side logs and resolve the matter within 5 business days.
• The minimum casino game bet is Rs 50 unless a specific game states otherwise in its paytable.

PSL betting at zh777 is one of the platform's most used products. The following rules apply specifically to PSL markets in addition to the general betting rules in Section 8:

• All 34 PSL 2025 league matches, both qualifier matches, the eliminator, and the grand final are covered by zh777's sportsbook.
• PSL match odds are subject to revision after official team announcements. Any bet placed before a team sheet changes but after the official announcement is settled at the odds at which the bet was confirmed.
• PSL over/under total runs markets are settled based on the official scorecard as published by the Pakistan Cricket Board. If an over is left unbowled due to time restrictions, DLS-adjusted totals apply.
• PSL player markets (top batsman, top wicket-taker) are settled based on the official scorecard. In the event of a tie, dead heat rules apply — the payout is divided proportionally between the tied outcomes.
• PSL tournament outright bets remain open until the grand final result is official. Players who back a team that is eliminated retain the bet in their history as a loss — no refunds are issued for teams that do not qualify for the playoffs.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on zh777 and will result in account closure, balance forfeiture, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account for any reason
• Providing false identity information at registration or during verification
• Using another person's payment method to deposit without their knowledge and consent
• Systematically exploiting bonus terms or promotional offers across multiple accounts
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with zh777 games or sportsbook markets
• Attempting to access other players' accounts
• Placing bets in coordination with other accounts to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome (arbitrage manipulation)
• Initiating chargebacks on deposits after using the deposited funds for gameplay

• Sharing account access with any third party for the purpose of playing on your behalf

zh777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion. Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to: violation of any term in this document, failure to provide identity verification, suspected fraudulent activity, or a player's own request.

When an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified by email within 48 hours. The investigation period should not exceed 30 days. If the investigation concludes in the player's favour, the account is reinstated and any withheld withdrawals processed. If it concludes against the player, the account is closed and the player is notified of the reason.

Players who wish to close their own zh777 account may do so at any time by contacting support@zh777.click. Any real-money balance remaining at closure is refunded to the player's verified payment method within 5 business days. Bonus funds are not refunded on account closure.

zh777 takes its responsibility to Pakistani players seriously. The platform offers the following responsible gaming tools, all available free of charge to any registered player:

zh777's total liability to any individual player for any single incident shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident in question.

zh777 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, zh777 will notify registered players by email at least 7 days before the changes take effect. The updated terms will also be published on this page with a revised "last updated" date at the top.

Continued use of zh777 after the effective date of any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If a player does not accept the amended terms, they must stop using zh777 and may request account closure before the new terms take effect.

Minor changes — such as formatting corrections, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any rule, or updates reflecting changes in Pakistani law — may be made without advance notice.
